About Chora Delux

On the Island of Mykonos, where the white of traditional Cycladic architecture meets the Aegean blue, we have created a villa, situated on an ancient rock formation, overlooking the sea.

Chora Deluxe is a 5 minute walk from the enchanting Mykonos town, also known as Chora. It is private and serene. Chora Deluxe offers a combination of simple, elegant design, breathtaking views, and is located on a charmed piece of land with a rich family history of archaeology and Island mythology. It's the ideal atmosphere to spend your vacation...a dream home away from home.

Accommodation

Chora Delux Villa is a newly built stone villa with amazing sea views. Its traditional elegant design and white-washed interiors reflect a sense of style and comfort. The villa is spread over three levels.

The ground floor features living room with sea view and pool view, 2 built-in sofas, dining table, small, yet fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The mezzanine features an independent suite with sea view, 1 king size bed or 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, bathroom with shower, walk-in closet and private pergola shaded terrace. The upper floor features two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 1 has sea view, a king size bed or two single beds. Bedroom 2 has an antique double bed.

Relax in the spacious terrace equipped with a big dining table, under the shade of the pergola or in the private pool, gazing the breathtaking view of the Aegean and the unique sunset.

Location

Chora Delux, is situated 500m from the center of Mykonos town, 1.5 km from the airport, 1.5 km from the old port and 3.5 km from the new port of Mykonos.

Transportation

5 minutes walking distance from Mykonos town.
Public buses run every half an hour, stopping just outside Chora Deluxe towards most of the famous beaches of Mykonos Island.
Taxis and private cars are also available to facilitate your transportation.
We will be glad to help you hire a car or a scooter.

Policies

Payment Policy: In order to guarantee your booking, an advance deposit of 50% of the total stay is required by a credit card, at least 21 days prior to the arranged arrival. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA ELECTRON and V-PAY). In case of a 3 night stay or less the deposit will be 2 nights. The remaining amount should be settled upon check out.

Children Policy: There is no charge for a child under the age of 3, who sleeps in a baby cot, also provided without an extra charge. There is space for only one extra baby cot per residence.

Cancellation Policy: For any cancellation up to 21 days prior to the arranged arrival date, no charge is made and the deposit is refunded in full. For cancellations or modifications between 21 and 1 day prior to arrival, no charge is made but the deposit is not refunded. For cancellations or modifications 1 day before arrival or in case of non-show the cancellation fee is 100% of the total stay. In cases of departure prior to the arranged date, a charge of 50% of the remaining accommodation will be made. Special cases will be considered with discretion.
